While it’s unclear in the video, one may safely assume to get the most advertising mileage out of his walk, Jeter was sporting his own branded shoes.

To really make a splash, Jeter could race the 4 Train (a la the #racethetube runners) from Grand Central to Yankee Stadium for his final home game. Now that would give New Yorkers something to talk about…
